母の晩年、マイナンバーカードの取得要件を確認しながら、寝たきりで意思決定もままならぬ彼女がそれを取得するのは、たとえ子が代理申請しても容易ではなく、取得後の管理の難しさを考えても暗澹たる思いだった。痩せ細り病の床にいる家族の直近の風貌を証明写真にしたいと望む人などいるだろうか。

任意取得のマイナンバーカードに健康保険を紐づけし、従来の保険証は廃止するという梯子のはずし方は、本来最も医療を必要としている立場の人間に対する、まったく想像力を欠いた非人道的な圧力としかいいようがない。

私自身はこの施策に不同意だが、老母が不利益を被ることがないよう、彼女のマイナンバーカードだけは取得申請したのだった。代理であるため手数が多く時間もかかり、その上、母は施設や病院にいるので保管責任も検討課題になる。結局、母が生きているうちにそれは届かなかった。

福祉政策というものは、そこそこ元気な者たちがどこまで効率的にサービスを受けられるかだけを「売り」にするより、多くのハンデを抱えた人たちに届きやすい形の道筋から考え始めることができれば、誰にとっても有難い制度になってゆくものなのではないだろうか。

しかし、施設に入っている老いた親というのを頭に浮かべた時に、今まではどちらかと言うと貧乏な人のイメージで、その人の虎の子がマイナンバーの悪用で施設関係者に横領されることを想像してたんだけど、お金持ちのお年寄りの財産狙われるパターンもあるのかもしれないよね。本当に政府はどうするつもりなんだろう？何が起きても知らぬ存ぜぬで通すつもりか。

Noch ein paar Flamingos aus dem Zwillbrocker Venn! Die beringten Vögel sind alle dort geschlüpft, teilweise schon vor Jahren. Seit 6 oder 7 Jahren haben die Codes kein ZV mehr da die Kombination auf den Farbringen maximal 4stellig sein darf. Nach 99 beringten Küken war also Schluss mit ZV und man kann die "alten" ganz gut daran erkennen.

This is a male one as can be seen by the red patch at the back of his head. Females' heads are completely black.

They have a very cute "kik" type of call.

The crabapple blossoms outside our bedroom window are such a lovely rich pink in the new green leaves. I didn't realize that chickadees eat the blossoms, but here is the proof. It's been raining and the bird has wet feathers.
