@petitnama Was that actually written with the FA nib?
I'm debating ordering a 743+FA from Japan, and then getting an 823 for a nib swap.

Yes, I wrote this by FA nib. FA nib was designed for Chinese character, so almost flex nib but not fit for stroke bottom to top.
If your writing pressure is very high, sometime the nib will be deformed.
This pen is 912 heritage, no.10 nib. This nib is softer than 823, no.15nib.
@petitnama Thanks for the information! I usually write with a flex nib, so I'm not worried about damaging it. However, most of mine are vintage European pens, so the line is slightly wider, and the flex is more forgiving. 🙂
In addition to the western pens, I also have a Pilot Falcon and a Justus 95 (as well as an old pen that I bought at Eurobox in Tokyo - it looks like a Pilot 53R O-Type, but the imprint says
"ORIENT"
