@binarytango @libei for example — Pawoo is famous for its Anime fan and illustrator (from Pixiv, and even from niconico), and OAuth like login is used to be compatible with Pixiv ID. Unfortunately mastodon do not natively support OAuth so Pawoo forked the previous version and stuck there. It’s kind of painful to do upgrade at this scale but still needed. Best solution might be we contribute a library for mastodon code base.
