… イエメン内戦中の一派フーシ派が、直近３回の（対イスラエル）ミサイル及びドローン攻撃を行なったと公式に認めた、という話です。
引用ツイート主はイランから発信しているジャーナリストらしいので「イエメンが」「宣戦布告」になってしまう（後者は別の訳もできます）けれど… とにかく色々な情報をどんどん日本語にしてポストされている「速報」みたいなのでそういう心づもりで読まないとですかね。
