@wakest Actually, only about 70% of the specifications we are trying to implement are completed. There is no problem with normal use, so it is early access. Changes may still be made to the database and API specifications.
Since it is AGPL, you can always cherry-pick from the published source code, but it is not recommended at this time.
The Fedibird repository has a quote feature branch for vanilla mastodon, but we're also planning an Emoji reaction. Perhaps many people want to use it.
