戸隠の話もう一つ。植物園の入口にはクマ目撃情報やここはクマの生息地だという注意喚起看板がある。それを見て諦めて帰っていく観光客をときどき見る。
昨日も「怖いねやめておくかー」と夫婦が入口広場で引き返していった。クマに遭う遭わないは確率の問題なので、それは正しい判断だと思う反面、せっかく遠くからここまで来たのにもったいないなという気持ちも拭えない。
昨日、戸隠の数少ない横断歩道で（ちなみに信号機は1つもない）観光客が渡ろうとしていたんで止まったんですよ。そしたら対向車線の県外ナンバー車はなかなか止まらないんだよね。数台は通過していった。
長野県は横断歩道で止まる率が全国1位で、歩行者の時の感覚としてはほぼ必ず止まってくれる。
この時期の戸隠は8,9割が県外ナンバーだけど、郷に入りては郷に従えというか、交通法規に従え。
もう少し布団でごろごろ

The full story of this dredge is long buy greatly shortened here. The pieces of this dredge were manufactured on the east coast of the United States. From there the parts were shipped to San Francisco. Assembled on the San Francisco Bay for testing. Once fully assembled and tested the dredge was then disassembled and shipped in pieces to Alaska for reassembly.

Although loking at this... it seems to be not just for the cool spiraling effect, but because the Galactic Centre makes the whole thing look wonky. XD
