釈放手続きに手数料・登録料（時にはあからさまに身代金）が必要だと言われ、振り込んでも何も起こらないパターン。
日本の還付金詐欺と同じ手口で、どうしてこうもいらんノウハウだけが世界に伝播していくのかと。
