On 3rd January, I make a Japanese-style curry with chikuzen-ni(Japanese style simmered vegetables ). I also add kamaboko and prawns. Osechi is very tasty in curry, and I make more simmered dishes for this purpose.
1月3日は筑前煮を中心としたおせち残り物カレー。蒲鉾も海老もイン。これがマジで美味い。毎年このために筑前煮を多めに作ってます。
