今日の夕飯はミールキットの青椒肉絲と大豆麺で作った台湾まぜそば。大豆麺は予想以上に美味しかった。
家で取る炭水化物をなるべく減らして食物繊維を増やしたい。
Today's dinner was Taiwanese mazesoba with soya noodles , and vegitable and pork stir fry(meal kit) from Oasix. We were eating the first time with soya noodles. It was delicious.
I want to reduce the carbohydrates I take at home as much as possible and increase the fibre in my diet.
