worst-friends.chat admin has developed it originally and fedibird.com admin implemented it recently.

@4ioskd @meow @koyuchan Currently, Fedibird has a Mastodon-based emoji reaction feature that's being used operationally, compatible with Misskey and Pleroma, in three different lines: favourite, bookmark, and emoji reaction.
The fedibird users seem to be using it well. We are working on a better implementation as we try out the features.
