@gavfinfnq they're def not for everyone. I absolutely love them as a creative force though I only like about a quarter or third of their songs overall. The ones I like, I love, and they put on a fantastic live show, so I'm certainly a fan, but they just don't click for a lot of people for reasons I get
@mrcompletely @gavfinfnq I like that ithey seem to get an idea and just run with it. They’re so prolific, though, that I really can’t keep up with them. Their taping/licensing policy somewhat muddies the waters, perhaps. Although a very interesting take on taping and licensing, I kind of wonder if a more traditional free wheeling approach might make it easier for less committed listeners to find a foothold.
