昨晩リハ後のトレーニングから蹴り道に前の交差点に横からニャンがで出来て、結構こついなぁ、と思って、もうちょい近づいたら、背中弓状しているなぁ、やっぱデカい！尻尾太い！縞あるし！なんだ？！浣熊じゃん！普通に近所に散歩している。だで「ニャン！」と呼んだとき、ちょっとムカった顔で振り向かれたかな。（名古屋千種区の話）Last night on the way home from rehearsal a racoon just casually strolled past on the cross street. At first we thought it was a cat, but I thought, "That's a damn big cat." Getting closer I saw it's back arched and a fat striped tail. "That's no cat," I said, which may explain why the racoon seemed so annoyed by our initial calls of, "Here kitty, kitty, kitty." (A Chikusa Ward, Nagoya, Japan story)
