@Sujiyan alis.to was founded by Yasu Masahiro ( https://twitter.com/YasuMasahiro ). He graduated from Kyoto University then entered Recruit. After that, he founded ALIS by ICO. I don’t know if some companies give a loan to ALIS or not, I think just ICO.
