@Nonog @LifeTimeCooking I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis 15 yrs ago and was offered a partial or full knee replacement from Steadman Hawkins Clinic. I chose instead to change to a plant based diet and reversed all the symptoms, lost excess weight and improved my overall health/fitness and likely made myself bulletproof to cardiac disease and cancer… stop waiting for a magic pill folks. Look at what you eat…
@Nonog I have had great success with the only known treatment for my Osteopenia Arthritis (fitness). A maintained fitness schedule has all but reversed my condition. (bone density testing - VA).
