Good to see interest in making smaller, lightweight vehicles, in contrast to what Detroit has promoted for decades. For the transition to EVs, smaller and slower is right for price, battery material volume, road wear, and safety of everyone. More companies like #Aptera, please, and #feebates / tax overweight vehicles and direct those fees to rebates on lightweight #EVs and. #emobility.

Impressive, but its a little unfair comparing it to production cars that are usually built to carry 4 people, usually at speeds above 26 mph instead of below it. Our 6 year old BMW i3 typically gets a bit more than 4 miles/kWh. I don’t know but it also seems like it might be a bit of a stretch to say 103 miles/kWh is 25 times what present day #ElectricCars are doing. #EV #electriccar

My 2014 Nissan LEAF had a long-term range of 5.4 miles/kWh, but I only really drove it in town the last few years I had it.
