Today was my first competition since I got my black belt. I lost the first fight. I’m not very happy with my performance, because I had a physical advantage on my opponent but I could not manage the distance to land high kicks. Anyway, now is time to learn from this experience and prepare for the next fight!
今日は黒帯を取ってから初めての試合でした。初戦は負けてしまいました。身長と体重で勝っていたのに、上段に蹴る距離がつかめなくてがっかりです。とにかく、この経験から学んで次の試合に備えるしかないです！
