Utterly disgusting. Why is King County Procecuter's Office still "deciding whether to charge [this police officer] with a crime"? He was driving at a freakin' SEVENTY-FOUR mph on a 25-mph road without his siren and hit a person legally in a crosswalk, not even giving them a chance to move out of his way. If this isn't a crime, what is?
