お風呂は日本に住んでいて良かったことの一つです。
The Japanese combination shower bathtub is one of the good things about living in Japan

@IbuMichele

My friend is very fond of Japanese baths, but had difficulty understanding the Oidaki "Reheating" system.
I think the Reheating system first became popular in Japan with the Goemon baths.

bath heated directly from beneath, with a floating wooden
lid on which the bather sits causing it to sink (named after
the robber Goemon Ishikawa, who was boiled to death in one)

that’s an unnerving story. Sadly, my bath is the modern kind, but it’s still nice and warm and I have bath salts from Iseshima

@IbuMichele
Reheating systems can keep family bath warmer for longer. This was an important system in a house with a large family.
By the way, I also love bath salts🤗 .

I would *love* a reheating system. I meant the part about someone boiling to death was unnerving.

Oh, okay. Good.
By the way, the famous Japanese Goemon Ishikawa is in the anime.
He is very cool.
