One hundred years ago #today there was a devastating earthquake in Japan, around Tokyo.
During the disaster rumors were spread such that "Koreans poisoned the wells" , and the thousands of Koreans, Chinese, and also Japanese, were massacred by the mob. Even women and children were killed in cruel ways.
Current Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike continues to refuse to express her condolences to the victims,as has been customary for previous governors.
