@puniko This is a Jomon period ruins (reconstruction) in Aomori Prefecture, Japan, an area that receives a lot of snow in the winter.

@puniko This building is over 10m long. It is said to have been a meeting place or a communal workshop. I have attached a photo of the interior of the restored building. The Jomon period was an ancient division of the Japanese archipelago, the time between c. 14,000 and 300 BC.
