そもそも「インターネット接続の権利」は欧州を中心にもう色んな国で判例が出ています。
公的情報もSNSで発信されている以上、SNSとどう繋がるかはもはや社会とどう繋がるかに等しいわけで、SNSも公共の福祉として必須インフラになるのは必然なんでしょうね。
@biotit And if you're in an instance that discourages talking about your accomplishments, you can migrate to a larger one, or one that doesn't mind....or just ignore folks who don't like people enjoying their own achievements.
@EricaFriedman Exactly. I believe that easy to move from an instance to another is one of the key benefits of Mastodon.
@biotit Agreed. I'm on one of the large ones for now, because I value the ability to see a big picture. IF and when I want a more protected space, I'll have an idea of where I want to go.

マレーシアでも官公庁のページ（govドメイン）で、大臣のインターネット接続は衣食住と同等の人権だという発言がリリースされていました（2021）
