New data show employee owned businesses deliver an 8 to 12% productivity boost
New research suggests the fast-growing UK employee ownership sector is markedly outperforming the UK's national productivity trend while simultaneously contributing to employee well-being, fair pay, community resilience and commitment to net zero.

its funny, we know from a thousand years of history that people who own their own home take better care of it. we know people who work from a place of security are able to do bigger and better things, and we know that a business owner will take more care, when he is working in his own shop, than his employees.
How is it a surprise that Employee owned businesses increase productivity by around 10% across the board?

is this simply a measure of the difference from people who know and care running the show, versus an MBA VC who wants to create a chokepoint and siphon profits while providing less service and worse conditions?
