It obviously shouldn't have happened, but on the scale of equipment sales from Halliburton, this was a tiny amount of stuff. Of course these could be critical parts that the Russians can't manufacture themselves or source elsewhere, so it's possible that the economic impact is much greater than the value of the parts themselves.
