It's promising, although "Can reverse Type 1 diabetes" is sloppy and misleading. It potentially could prevent a recurrence of the immune response that created a patient's diabetes - what it can't do is magically restore the destroyed pancreatic cells.
It *might* be helpful in making islet cell transplant therapy more successful.
