The bottom line of my daily workout is 100 push ups and leg stretches.
My objective is to increase my hip/leg flexibility for kicks, while maintaining stamina and body resistance for competitions.
Programme as of January 2024:
Daily
100 push ups (70 reps on hands + 30 reps on fists)
10-15min leg stretch routine
Weekly (2 to 3 times/week)
40 ab rollers (2 x 20 reps)
17-20min running (3 to 4km each run)
50 squat series, in dojo before trainings
I keep 2 karate trainings per week, and daily 10-15min bo-jutsu exercises.
