Soya noodles can be used for Japanese-style ramen. I put a lot of pork on it today. We got a lot of protein.

(it was so good I ate it all up straight away).
やはり #大同電鍋 で作る七草粥は優勝(美味しすぎたので味変グッズ用意したけどすぐに食べ切ってしまった)
明日は大学病院でCTで朝食抜きだと気づいたので今夜はレンコンと大根のポークカレー。検査頑張りますので応援して📣
I realized that I will skip breakfast tomorrow because I have a CT scan at the university hospital. So I made lotus root and radish pork curry tonight. I'll do my best in the CT test tomorrow, so please support me📣

インスタントのドライカレーに豚肉にスパイスソルトで下味つけて焼いてその上に生食出来る卵で目玉焼き作って上に焼肉のタレかけたらそれで好評ご飯になるのでスパイスソルト最強
