Japan is 1st to contribute $23mm to cover military risks associated with investments in Ukraine, according to 🇺🇦 PM Shmyhal. Additionally, 🇯🇵 & 🇺🇦 signed a grant agreement worth $400mm. It is for restoration of 🇺🇦's war-damaged critical infrastructure.
