@mimorinka I feel like it can also mean that it's hard to give a definitive good/bad opinion about a thing that you haven't had a chance to evaluate properly
Like there's both good and bad aspects so you're unsure which way to feel.
@moth_ball for English speaker yes it can be good or bad, but in Japanese it definitely criticize bad for people , and why I hate this phrase is that it doesn't tell people what was so bad just saying nothing but "questionable"
@mimorinka Yeah, I see that type of usage in English and Finnish as well and I suppose it's a way of not trying to start an argument. It's just very passive aggressive and I dislike it too.
If it's about general behaviour and not something that's a matter of taste, people should at least elaborate why they feel that way.
