mastodon.lol stores 44 million posts and 43 million of them are from other servers, the idea that a mastodon admin would ban one of their own users because they're "costing them money" is laughable.
we can ban anyone for any reason and that's well within our rights, but an individual mastodon user is unlikely to cost me anything noteworthy.
