Israeli forces have reportedly used quadcopter drones to shoot and kill first responders who tried to help Palestinians wounded by Israeli missiles in al-Mawasi camp.
Rights group Euro-Med Monitor warned in February that Israel is using quadcopters, small killer drones fitted with machine guns and missiles, to systematically kill Palestinians in Gaza.
