My school things were remote even before, but not being able to have events where I could see all my firends from school did affect me a lot.
And maybe it's different foreveryone, but I can't get used to remote video calls. Always feels like there's something missing.
Going forward I think having a choice of working remotely or at an office would be best.

Humuhumu, I've heard that the nihonjin love to look busy by having meetings and putting multiple workers on a task that could be done by a single one etc (not that other places don't do that too)
Glad to hear that it has changed in a better direction in some ways.

In the meantime there's always traveling to places where it is legal
@BigTony @mimorinka @hakui @moth_ball It also attracts addicts to every neighborhood that has a weed store. And also every plaza has them like a starbucks now. They do it on purpose to mess places up and drive people further into despair.

With access to internet it has gotten easier to talk about issues in Japan, though. I just read an article about people speaking out against 体罰 in sports since it's really widespread but still a taboo subject. I believe the young generation growing up has the power to change things for the better.
