When the human body is very tired, strangely enough, the brain may keep working and not be able to sleep.
To improve blood flow, try to relax the muscles of the shoulder blades by slowly rotating the arms back and forth.
And try breathing in through your nose and slowly exhaling through your mouth. I hope it will make your brain feel a little more at ease and comfortable. 😃😮💨❤️

I've tried those things. What is more effective, is a noise cancelling mood generator. Instead of music, that I might fall asleep through, but probably would tap my toes instead ,or audiobook, that I'd want to hear it and fight sleep, but any odd noise makes me jumpy, like a tap dripping or an odd *running* sound. Those noise generators cancel outside noise and provide the level of *brown noise* that works for you.
@mikako6 Good evening! I didn't sleep last night, I'm pretty tired. I tried, and I was tired, but too many things go through my head to fall asleep. I'll try again later, but we have heavy ran on top of deep snow, and I'm afraid it's creating a bunch of permanent ice banks now. Got to go clear them
