Guess what just launched? https://writingmonth.org
I'm proud to announce #WritingMonth, a challenge to meet your writing goals in the next 30 days. Pick your own goal that best challenges you and write your novel, short stories, poems, stage or screen play, blog posts, or any other writing project as part of a growing community of writers.
Note: I had to rush development a lot to make it by the November deadline, so there are a few things still missing or incomplete, but overall the site is ready to start up our challenge. I'll be continuing to fill in new and upgraded features as time allows over the coming days and weeks.
Boosts are very welcome!
To anyone who wants to add me as a buddy, send an invite to amin
!
At this point being buddies doesn't do much (other than allow you to view private profiles) but I will be soon filling in support to let you see projects and progress updates from your buddies.

Aww, 4 buddies already. 🫂
To those who haven't noticed, your bio blurb for your profile supports Markdown formatting! I'm seeing a few people who dropped a URL straight in (which is perfectly fine) but you can make it a link like so: [Link Text](https://example.com)
Officially shutting down for the night; any further #WritingMonth support requests or questions will be replied to in the morning, after class.
Been a good night so far! 410,000 words have already been pledged for this November (not counting goals of other types). Maybe it'll be at a million when I check in tomorrow. ;)

But nobody has tried naming themselves 'index' or 'logout' or any of the other fun ones?
@kalloway
Oop, rookie mistake. 🤭
Yeah, I'm not using a blacklist at the moment. I don't think there's any issues it could cause, but I guess we'll see!
With paths, as well, I think Flask will give precedence to any explicitly-defined paths over generated ones with variables in them.
