If #Ukraine were to use HIMARS on a convoy of civilians that would be bad for Ukrainians so I'm sure they wouldn't do that.

Probably, but #Ukraine had better not use our munitions to attack civilians or their needed assistance would most likely dry up all that much more quickly since the Russians are so good at getting their positions adopted by Western media.
