It was an honor to present case studies on the amazing dairy sustainability progress happening in Australia, Algeria, Kenya and South Africa during the recent Dairy Sustainability Framework (DSF) annual meeting.
Last week, I provided an update on some of the international activities I am involved in to the Japan Dairy Association Special Committee on International Activities. A wide range of topics was covered in the meeting, but one of the most important is Japan's participation in worldwide dairy's commitment to Net Zero emissions by 2050 (Pathways to Dairy Net Zero). Progress in that area is being presented by colleagues from IDF and GDP this week at COP27.
